Event Enhancements
PUTTING CONTEST
Two Types:
1. Insured: Where a golfer putts to qualify for the final round to putt for a Grand Cash Prize in Cash!
2 Guarantee Winner: Where a golfer putts to Qualify for the Final Guarantee Prize, like a 7 Night Resort Stay for Two.
HOLE IN ONE
It is held on one or all of the Par 3's on the golf course. The HIO is insured for a Cash, Pebble Beach Trip, brand new car, etc., with signage included. This is a popular contest and great sponsorship.
Closest to the Pin:
This contest is also popular. It is held at a Par 3 on the course. Normally the Contest has a Guarantee Prize for a Golfer who is the closest to the pin after the golf event.
Longest/Straightest Drive:
Normally Set up at a Par 5 on the course. The golfer who hits it the Longest or Straightest, must be in the fairway, wins a Guarantee Prize.
SHOOTOUT:
Where a specific number of golfers have a shootout for a large Cash Prize of from $50,000 to a $1,000,000. Usually decided by a Raffle Drawing or can TBD by the Golf Committee/Sponsor. It's set up as a Hole in One where first one to put in hole wins.

We provide top of the line products for recognition of your sponsors.
3. Silent/Live Auction:
Golf Fore Events will provide the requested amount of consignment Auction items ranging from low, medium, and high-end pieces. We are dedicated to fit your needs. Our Staff will set up items for the Auction and monitor the tables to make sure the event runs smoothly. We do recommend the charity provide their own items to enhance the event.
4. Long Drive Pro
Our Long Drive/Trick Entertainer will set up on a par 4 or 5 and the challenge for your players will be to take their best swing to hit the ball the farthest toward the designated hole. Also, there will be some trick shots along the way.
5. Golf Tournament Consulting
Our consulting services include:
Venue options and negotiations, selection and contracting.
Budget, Expense Reports.
Assist in finding a Golf Tournament Committee.
Writing Sponsorship Packages, with package cost, profit margins, and profit per package. Attending Committee meetings. Creation of on course activities to entertain, enhance sponsor branding, and raise additional funds. Awards options, engraving and delivery. Design, printing and delivery of banners and tee signs. Volunteer organization and responsibilities. Analysis of invoices and expenses for accuracy and payment.
6. Tournament Diagnostic
Tournament Diagnostic is a thorough process of evaluating a past tournament and reporting suggestions on how to improve it. We will evaluate:

7. Beat the Pro
Golf Fore Events provides 'beat the pro' competition on a par 3, that provides a friendly competition among players and wagers benefit for your fundraising goals.
8. Roaming Pro
Make the course more exciting while playing with our pro on strategic holes with designated teams. Our pros will help facilitate the game, assist in fundraising efforts and play 1-3 holes with your guest.
9. Pro-Am Style
We pair our pros with guests with different levels of golfers to bring the golfing experience to the next level.
10. Launching Fore Charity
Golf Fore Events will provide a Golf Ball Launcher on a Par 4 and players can launch their golf ball to the green for a minimum donation. Players will be putting for an eagle. We run a closest to the pin contest and provide a prize for the winner.
11. Drone Drive
Our drones fly one golf ball for each group to the green on a designated par 4 for a chance at a Hole-in-One! Our experienced Flight Crew will engage your golfers, raise funds for your cause and expedite pace of play.
12. Glass Break
Do you remember the show Big Break on Golf Channel? Golf Fore Events has recreated the fun "glass break challenge" for your players to try! We also put a sponsor logo on the boards! This is usually set up on the range for players to try out and a prize with it.
13. Super Ticket
The "Super Ticket" is a combination participant activity and fundraiser. It is a bundled package price for traditional fundraising items offered at registration. The purpose is to encourage the participant to purchase everything in one stop, so the golfers are not asked for money throughout the day.
14. Trackman Experience
The players' swing is video recorded (front and down the line) and data collected with nine key data parameters and can include infographics and leaderboards for a fun competition.
15. Live Scoring
>An 8" tablet to each team in the field is provided as their Score Card.
>A Live Scoreboard for all players to see during the tournament.
>It provides more Sponsor recognition! Top sponsors are branded on the main screen of the tablet.
>Cloud Based Live Scoring to be Viewed in the Club House or off site to follow action.
>No more chasing scorecards!
16. Super Mulligan Package
A program that is very popular! Golf Fore Events provides all contest prizes and charges $30-$40 per player and splits with the your charity 50/50. Call for details!
